The grating-based AQ637xE optical spectrum analyzer has a free-space optical input that offers single-mode fiber for the SWIR, MWIR and MMF (up to 400 µm) on the same OSA, a built-in calibration light source for optical alignment and wavelength calibration and an air purging feature. Applications include laser development and measurement and broadband light source characterization.
