Phase noise analyzer features two tunable reference sources

Sept. 21, 2022
The Model 7000 phase noise analyzer is an RF instrument that measures and simulates the phase noise inherent in communications systems.

The Model 7000 phase noise analyzer is an RF instrument that measures and simulates the phase noise inherent in communications systems, to -190 dBc/Hz, with a frequency range of 1 MHz to 40 GHz and an offset range from 0.01 Hz to 100 MHz. The two-channel, cross-correlation system has two internal, tunable reference sources.
