The optical profiler features a patented tip/tilt head, a self-calibrating laser reference, integrated pattern recognition, and recipe portability. It uses a proprietary dual-LED light source, Universal Scanning Interferometry (USI) self-adapting measurement mode, and guided VisionXpress.
