Tunable diode laser spectroscopy (TDLS) gas analysis modules are based on laser spectral absorption principles. Features include internal temperature and cross interference compensation and an RS485 communication interface. Gases measured include NH3, HCL, HF, H2S, CH4, CO, CO2, and O2.
