Optical power meter includes free-space detectors

April 4, 2023
The OPM-200 optical power meter provides measurements with a dynamic range of 8 to -80 dBm.

The OPM-200 optical power meter provides measurements with a dynamic range of 8 to -80 dBm. An InGaAs detector enables measurements from 840 to 1700 nm, while an integrating sphere option suits multifiber connectors or wide area beam applications. Features include free-space detectors, 1 MHz sampling with a user-selectable averaging time between 50 µs and 1 s, a buffered output of up to 128,000 data points, external trigger for executing a data capture, and analog outputs.
