The IR5 Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometer features an 8000350 cm-1 spectral range, signal-to-noise ratio >20,000:1 sensitivity, DLaTGS detector, germanium-coated potassium bromide (KBr) beamsplitters, and Miracle software. When configured with a second detector or with Fourier transform photoluminescence (FT-PL) capability, it can transform into a combined absorption and PL spectrometer in the mid-infrared range.
