The Model 755A-04.1 hybrid eye-safe laser rangefinder receiver features a 200 µm indium gallium arsenide (InGaAs) avalanche photodiode that provides sensitivity to 3 nW for 20 ns pulse widths with time-programmed gain to minimize false targets. Designed for laser rangefinding and surveying equipment, it has operation at both 1.06 µm and 1.54 µm over a wide range of pulse widths.
