The 2030XL PRO microspectrophotometer provides nondestructive analysis of microscopic areas of very large samples. It has a spectral range of 200 to 2500 nm and uses Lambdafire spectroscopy and imaging control and analysis software. Analyzing materials including semiconductors, flat panel displays, and biological samples, it performs absorbance, reflectance, fluorescence, and Raman spectroscopy all in one platform.
