The NFScan is a USB 3.1 high-power (up to 500 W) camera-based diverging beam profiler and metrology tool. It allows for real-time beam profiling for diverging sources <1 mm, such as fiber-coupled lasers, single emitters, and TO-cans. It continuously captures and analyzes both near- and far-field images.
