Edmund Optics names Agnes Huebscher as European marketing director
Barrington, NJ--Optical components maker Edmund Optics has appointed Agnes Huebscher as European marketing director—a role in which she will handle all marketing in Europe, including tradeshows, advertising, customer mailings, and e-mail campaigns.
Huebscher formerly served as global marketing director with SCHOTT Advanced Optics, a company at which she spent a decade. She started her career as a senior manager in public relations and marketing, working her way up to director of marketing. As director, she managed a team of six and was responsible for international marketing and communications.
Huebscher received her master's degree in intercultural business management/business administration from Friedrich-Schiller University Jena in Germany.
