Laser amplifier from Midaz Lasers combines seed laser and amplifier
The model A50-A amplifier is a diode-pumped, solid-state, air-cooled system that can amplify the output power of microchip lasers, which have subnanosecond pulses at 50 kHz and 200 mW output to >15 W. The combination of seed laser and amplifier can be integrated into laser systems for micromachining and marking.

PRESS RELEASE
MIDAZ LASER AMPLIFIER DELIVERS 15W FROM IR MICROCHIP LASER
Microchip lasers with sub-ns pulse duration at 50kHz and 200mW output power have been amplified to >15W using a Midaz DPSS air-cooled Amplifier model A50-A. The manufacturer of the microchip laser was looking to significantly increase their laser output power by using a single stage Amplifier module. The laser-amplifier solution eliminates cost and complexity of using multiple pre-amp stages.
The combination of seed laser and amplifier can easily integrate into laser systems for micromachining and marking or can be used for research and development.
Midaz Amplifiers are standard products which the company is shipping worldwide.
