Thickness-measuring microscope

The DMM-2000 microscope measures thickness or depth by the use of both reflected and transmitted illumination. Measuring is done by first precisely focusing on the to¥of the desired feature and then refocusing on the bottom. Readout resolution is accurate to ۫ µm. The unit accepts accessories, including digital x-y displays, TV cameras, and various monocular, binocular, and trinocular configurations.
