Ocean Optics to launch spectrometer and microspectrometer at SPIE BiOS and SPIE Photonics West 2014

Jan. 24, 2014
The QE Pro is a high-sensitivity, back-thinned CCD array spectrometer and the STS-UV microspectrometer is a compact yet high-performance spectrometer.

Ocean Optics will launch a spectrometer and a microspectrometer at SPIE BiOS and SPIE Photonics West 2014. The QE Pro is a high-sensitivity, back-thinned CCD array spectrometer with outstanding quantum efficiency and extremely low noise operation for low light applications such as fluorescence measurement and Raman analysis.

The STS-UV microspectrometer is a compact yet high-performance spectrometer measuring 40 mm x 42 mm and 24 mm high and is optimized for applications in the ultraviolet (190-650 nm) including absorbance measurements, point of care diagnostics, emission spectroscopy, and laser characterization.SPIE BiOS/SPIE Photonics West booth numbers: 8600 (SPIE BiOS) and 1623 (SPIE PW)To Learn More:Contact:Ocean OpticsHeadquarters: Dunedin, FLProduct: QE Pro spectrometer and STS-UV microspectrometerKey Features: QE Pro Spectrometer: High-sensitivity for low light applications; STS-UV microspectrometer: small-footprint for integration into other devicesWhat Ocean Optics says: View more information on QE Pro spectrometer and STS-UV microspectrometer
