The acquisition will leverage SciAps’ global distribution, marketing, and product development expertise with DeltaNu’s portable Raman technical expertise and surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) technology. Together, the joined companies will debut the InspectoR family of portable Raman analyzers, which feature a choice of a 785 or 1030 nm laser.

SciAps will maintain and grow the facility in Laramie as a manufacturing, service, and engineering entity, while product development, sales, and marketing efforts will be led from the Woburn facility.
