    The TZA400 is a fast and very sensitive transimpedance amplifier. Rise time is 1µs for gains up to 10^6 V/A and 4µs for gains up to 10^8 V/A. The sensitive range covers 500pA to 3.7mA. Amplifier has 16 gain ranges in 1-2-5 pattern with very high gain-gain accuracy.
