Custom-fabricated LiDAR optics use germanium, sapphire, silicon, UV glass, zinc selenide, and zinc sulfide substrates to make lenses, windows, and mirrors in plano-concave, concave, and meniscus shapes and as prisms. Sizes from 0.25 to 4 in. O.D. or diagonal are offered, with ±0.005 in. tolerance, with or without antireflection (AR) coatings, with 10λ to 1/10λ flatness and 10-5 to 80-50 scratch-dig.
