The Model 251MX aberration-corrected flat-field spectrometer uses spherical substrate gratings with aspheric wavefront recording. Suited for soft x-ray, extreme UV, and vacuum UV analysis, it has a focal plane length of ~25 mm, vacuum capability to 10-6 torr, and available microchannel plate intensifiers for systems that require gating.
