The 508 Perfect Vision UV-visible-NIR spectrophotometer is designed to be added to an open photoport of a microscope or probe station for nondestructive analysis. It can acquire spectra of microscopic sample areas by absorbance, reflectance, polarization, luminescence, and fluorescence, plus high-resolution color images. It can be used with the company’s NIST-traceable standards.
