A line of fiber-coupled gas flow cells has use in spectroscopy from <160 nm to >9 micron. The cells, with path lengths of 10 or 40 cm, feature rugged, vacuum-tight enclosures of either hard-anodized aluminum or 316 stainless steel, pressure handling capabilities of >400 psi, inert wetted surfaces, >200°C operating temperature, and Swagelok fittings.Wavelength References
