The ProEM-HS line of high-speed, electron-multiplied CCD cameras for low-light imaging and spectroscopy has > 95% quantum efficiency, fringe suppression in the NIR, and single-photon sensitivity. It has a 20 MHz ADC readout and 300 ns/row vertical shift speed for >60 full frames/s. It provides >1,000 frames/s in imaging mode and >10,000 frames/s using custom readout modes.
