The TR-Series terahertz Raman spectroscopy modules deliver spectral information in the terahertz frequency range, which provides data about subtle phase differences, crystallinity, orientation, and other sample characteristics. Using narrowband filter technology, they enable nondestructive characterization of structural changes in real time, capturing both Stokes and anti-Stokes Raman scatter close to the laser excitation wavelength.
