Glass Fab's Quality System presently operates under MIL-I-45208A guidelines. In an effort to comply to the intent of the AS 9100 quality system, we are constantly improving our systems. It is our time tested familiarity and understanding of the materials, processes, and specifications that allow us to offer our customers unsurpassed quality and service. This commitment to Quality is demonstrated by Glass Fab's approval as a preferred Vendor by several major Aerospace companies including Lockheed Martin, and Qioptiq Ltd. The stringent requirements of these companies have been incorporated into our general manufacturing and quality procedures. Our various pieces of test equipment allow us to measure and certify the following specifications.-Index measurements to 4 decimal places-Homogeneity of refractive index-Stress birefringence-Bubbles and inclusions-Transmission from 190-1100nm-2 CMM (coordinate measuring machines) for dimension reports
