SPIE Photonics West 2023 exhibitor products (UPDATED 1/27)

Get a first look at what will be shown on the SPIE Photonics West 2023 exhibit floor.
In the NICE-OHMS technique laser light passes through two electro-optic modulators (EOMs) before entering a high-finesse cavity where the sample gas is located. Radio-frequency-modulation sidebands at δ are detected in the cavity reflection to lock the laser frequency on a cavity resonance mode. Modulation sidebands at Δ, matching the cavity free-spectral-range (FSR) frequency, are used to probe the intracavity molecular signal in cavity transmission. A piezoelectric transducer (PZT) mounted on one of the cavity mirrors scans the cavity-mode frequency across molecular resonances.
